I bought Pot-Limit &#038; No-Limit Poker by Bob Ciaffone and Stewart Reuben and found it a little lacking. Some good stuff on opponent stack sizes, I suppose, but I don&#8217;t recall getting that much out of it. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/badbloodonpoker.blogspot.com\/\">BadBlood<\/a> had suggested McEvoy&#8217;s book. There appear to be two: <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/ASIN\/158042127X\/studioglyphic-20\">Championship No-Limit &#038; Pot-Limit Hold&#8217;em (Championship Series)<\/a> by Tom McEvoy and T.J.
