Half a cent, I think. <a href=\"http:\/\/info.sen.ca.gov\/cgi-bin\/postquery?bill_number=sb_314&#038;sess=CUR&#038;house=B&#038;site=sen\">SB 314<\/a> was also recently passed in this crazy-progressive legislative session (taking advantage of Davis having his back to the wall).<\/p>\n<p>I, for one, look forward to the day I can take a train from Santa Monica to Hollywood or Pasadena.
